My Philosophy & Background: A Commitment to BIPOC Mental Health in Ontario

Dilys Chuinkam is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling, Psychotherapy & Spirituality from Saint Paul University. She offers virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Dilys adopts a strengths-based approach, creating a non-judgmental space that fosters healing and growth. She integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Attachment-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support clients in discovering their authentic capabilities.
